Who we are, what we do:
Created in 2018 by three French founders from the medical field, Incepto Medical co-creates and distributes AI applications for medical imaging - bridging the gap between Physicians and Engineers. Job Description

Join us as Product Deployment Leader.

Mission:
Between R&D and Sales team, you play a key role in the IT Healthcare Interoperability of our applications. You own the integration of the data of our radiologists into the processing pipeline as well as the integration of application results in the clinical workflow!

To achieve this mission, you will:
• Pilot the technical deployment of our solutions so that they communicate with the IT systems of the clinical sites.
• Analyze customer needs and interoperability feasibility.
• Identify, plan and execute the different deployment phases.
• Manage customer relationship and business partners relationship.
• Do the remote configuration of our solutions.
• Set up and provide customer support for the effective operation of software medical applications.
• Provide expertise on DICOM, HL7 and IHE-related standards among Incepto.
• Raise customer feedbacks and propose evolutions for new releases of our products.
• Follow Quality Management System procedures and guidances.
• Participate in Connectathon meetings to improve interoperability of the different Healthcare IT solutions with other medical software providers.

Preferred Experience

Bachelors/master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or bioengineering, you have significant experience in healthcare and information systems.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Experience in project management that included customer interactions
• Excellent technical awareness (Database, OS installation, script generation, VM, Remote control, etc…)
• Experience in TCP/IP and network configuration
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer focus
• Fluent in English & Spanish. Portuguese a plus
• Rigorous, curious

Desired skills:
• Passionate with technology and innovation applied to medical domain
• Previous experience of healthcare IT technologies, such as IT professional already working with PACS, RIS or PAS clinical information systems
• Experience in at least one of the following standards: HL7, FHIR, IHE, DICOM
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Familiarity with design controls in an FDA regulated environment
