Job Description

We are looking for a talented Head of Operations to join us.

As the Head of Operations, you'll lead all our deployment, training, invoicing, service and maintenance activities. Your main responsibility will be to build the team, tools and processes to scale a fast-growing software as a service business: Installation, Training, Cash collection, Customer Success, Service, Upgrades, Complaint Handling, Regulatory activities

You will be expected to:

Build and scale a team, as needed, to support key project implementations and post-execution performance to ensure expected results
Take ownership of leading projects, including providing oversight and accountability to setting milestones, charting timelines, determining deliverables, allocating resources, tracking progress, facilitating cross-functional meetings, communicating performance, etc.
Think critically to create and improve operations processes, overcome potential implementation risks and issues as well as contribute to the optimization of day-to-day operations activities.
Manage subscription, invoicing and cash collection operations
Lead customer service and support activities and implement organization and tools to provide level 1, level 2 and level 3 support in close collaboration with our business partners.
Lead all complaint handing activities in a regulated environment.

Preferred Experience

Requirements :
B.A. or Masters degree
At least 5 years of work experience focused on complex project implementation and/or program management operations in a management consulting firm, Healthcare or B2B SaaS start-up.

• Ability to work cross-functionally across various departments and roles
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong communicator with excellent ability to work in a team environment
• Decision maker and clear thinker
• Customer focus
• Fluent in French and English

Desired Skills:
• Expertise in Enterprise IT & Network
• Cloud Deployment
• Prior work experience in a dynamic start-up environment preferred
