Job Description

Join us as a Customer Success Leader

The best technologies need to be well understood and adopted by end-users. When it comes to artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for medical imaging, one of the key challenges is to utilize the technology to reach its potential/full clinical impact.  

Responsibilities and tasks: 

Proactively drive the Incepto AI adoption journey in the BeNeLux area 

Manage the onboarding of our users (radiologists): 

- Helping radiologists use AI solutions seamlessly in their working environment. 

- Guarantee the success of our users first experience with Incepto service and ensure their satisfaction over time by responding to any problems they might encounter.  

Support the Sales team in the sales process (pre-sales demo, upsell opportunities identification, congress participation all over Europe). 

Be the clinical reference for customers after their adoption: you will nurture the relationship with our customers by listening, answering their questions, understanding their problems, providing support, gathering their feedback, identifying churn risks. 

Build and gather clinical evidence of the use of Incepto AI solutions.  

Carry out (research) projects with users to evaluate the impact of Incepto AI solutions in their organization.  

Share customer feedback with Marketing, Sales and Product Portfolio teams to improve products. 

Regular travel is required throughout the BeNeLux region (>40%) and to local and international conferences (10%).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: Radiology technician, medical imaging application engineer, biomedical engineer, medical physicist, consultant in life sciences

  • Minimal HBO

  • Intrinsic drive, autonomous, assertive, and empathic

  • Ability to connect and build a trustful relationship with physicians

  • Project management skills

  • Knowledge of medical imaging (MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, etc.)

  • Knowledge of IT environment in hospitals (RIS/PACS solutions)

  • Problem solver and team player

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Dutch)

  • Proven ability to work in a global environment with many international interactions

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Willingness to travel (>40%) BNL-wide and up to 10% in Europe
